Thrive Students and its Board seek to provide a safe and constructive environment for all activities, meetings, and events. While reasonable care is taken to promote the safety and well-being of all participants, involvement in activities may carry inherent risks.

By participating in Thrive Students activities — including but not limited to Grow gatherings, camps, transport, informal events, and any activities taking place at Ezulwini or other venues — participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

As a participant you confirm that:
Voluntary Participation:
I voluntarily choose to participate in Thrive Students activities and events.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation may involve risks, including the risk of injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property, and I freely accept these risks.

Indemnity and Release:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Students, its Board, staff, volunteers, and representatives from liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from my participation in Thrive Students activities, except where such loss results from gross negligence or unlawful conduct.

Activities at Ezulwini:
I acknowledge that certain Thrive Students activities occur at Ezulwini, a privately operated property, and I agree to conduct myself responsibly and follow any safety instructions or rules applicable to the premises.

Transport and Excursions:
Where transport or excursions are arranged, I acknowledge that reasonable care will be taken but accept that travel carries inherent risks. I agree that Thrive Students is not liable for incidents beyond its reasonable control.

Personal Responsibility:
I accept responsibility for my own conduct, safety, and personal belongings during Thrive Students activities.
